I’m Daniel. Cameraman, editor, sometimes also a reporter — depending on what the project needs.
I started in regional television in 2002 and became self-employed in 2006. Since then, I’ve produced thousands of news and magazine segments for broadcasters such as Puls4, ATV, ORF and ServusTV, as well as product films, event videos and livestreams for companies. As a freelancer, I adapt to every project individually and decide on the best way to bring it to life.
What drives me is simple: I want the final result to work. Not only technically, but also in terms of storytelling. The story has to flow, the sound has to feel right and the edit has to hold together. That’s what clients mean when they say I “think along”.
Besides my work, I’m also a private pilot. It’s not part of my profession, but maybe it says something about the way I work: prepared, focused and calm when it matters.
